I have a web site hosted by a hosting company, it has domain name "abcd.com", now I want to setup another pc at home(via DSL) as second web server, is it possible to setup a sub-domain such as "pc1.abcd.com"? or I have to use IP to point to my 2nd server.

how to setup sub-domain?

You don't need a sub-domain. Just have your ISP point at the first web server and at your home web server, or call it home.abcd.com or whatever you want.
