How to setup SIP on OfficeServ 7200 20s

Our phone lines are being changed from POTS to SIP. I have an OfficeServ 7200 at three different schools. I know it is SIP capable, but even in talking with my vendor, he is not sure what needs to happen since this is the first one in our city. I do not even know where to plug in a SIP. Do I need an OAS card installed?? Are there any step by step guides or video tutorials for installing SIP for the 7200. We looked at the manuals he received with the system and it only has one page.

Thanks for any help or suggestions on where to start.
