How can I turn on music for calls waiting in queue? When a call comes in, it will play a queue welcome message and then goes into queue. While in queue, it just rings instead of playing music. After 10 seconds, it will play our second message. We have hold music and its attached to our portable cd player. I tried using the following command but it doesn't work.

RAGAI:GRP=2000,CONT=251,QUEUE=1;

Is it group hunting? And BC version please.
If yes probably problem is with SERV settings.
For BC 12.1 and GH SERV is D1D2D3D4D5 and D4 set music on wait
Value for D4:
0 = No music on wait shall be provided
1 = Music on wait shall be provided.
2 = Music on wait shall be provided only if recorded voice announcement has been provided

If you still have a problem send printout settings off the group

Is a ACD group. BC12

thanks rfpui. I'll try changing the SERV and see if it works.

I already have D4 = 1 on my SERV settings.

My ACD Group print out:
LIM=1
SERV=10010
TRAF=15
SEL=11005
QUE=00000500101

You may have to do something with the TMU's, if you change the associated MOH, ASPAP's, Block them, un-plug and re-seat them..

If you CHANGE the system Parameters you will have to do this for all of the TMU boards. (this can be done one at a time)

My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow, we're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 18:00 hours. We're coming in from the North, below their radar.

Elaine :
When will you be back?

Striker :
I can't tell you that? It's classified.

MOH for ACD group is set by SERV but D3 (not D4)
Value this same
