I have found a 2012 document for setting up a Polycom DMA 7000
Apparently these things use SIP trunks instead of SIP stations.
My issue arises because the site also uses SIP trunks for their exchange server. I am finding that when the call is initiated from the polycom, it uses the SIP trunks setup for the exchange instead of the SIP trunk for the polycom. Calls to the Polycom use the correct SIP trunks.
The issue is that the Exchange trunks are restricted from outbound long distance calling.
We have tried to invoke registration from the Polycon to the 3300 without success.
Has anyone got one of these working or do you have suggestions on how to force the polycom to use the correct SIP Trunks?
