Hello,

I'm new in telephony/pbx system our company have Panasonic TES824 Hybrid System I setup 4 ext to jack 1-4 including 1 PT and 3 SLT and 1 main line to CO1.
I already make calls outside. But my problem is I can only make/received one call at a time or else the line is busy.

So how to make 4 incoming/outgoing calls at a time?

Regards,
Carl

@WhiteGooner

Thanks!

So from modem line I add 4way modular splitter and connect to 4 CO's to Panasonic TES824 right?

No, you will only ever get 1 call in/out at a time with an analogue trunk (CO)you will need to order more trunks from your service provider

@CalumMcM

we already have 4trunks for our service provider but base on my setup i can only received 1 in/out call.

You say you have connected a main line into CO1 - This is 1 trunk
You will have to connect your other trunks (Lines if you have any more) into the ports marked CO2 and CO3 etc...

You will be able to check if you have more than 1 trunk, by seizing this co and then calling the subscriber no.
If you get a busy tone, you have one trunk.
If you have more lines then you should here ringing tone.

@CalumnMcm

@WhiteGooner done already, but I get a busy tone and my I call my provider they said I have 4 lines. Maybe there's wrong with my setup? I attach a image above

You definitely only have 1 external line connected to your system that is why your only getting 1 call in/out
If you do what WhiteGooner suggested and busy your 1 working line out then try dial the same number if you get busy it is the only line, if it rings you do have a second line but it's not connected to your panasonic

Still i got a busy line. Sir, what a solution for this? there's something wrong with my setup? or maybe from my provider?

You need to order 3 aux lines off your main line, from your line provider. once you have them installed connect them to co2, co3 and co4.
Program the system accordingly and you will be able to make 4 calls

I already order 3 aux lines from my main line.

but how can i connect those 3 lines if I only have 1 port?

I see your PABX has 6 Ports (CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5 and CO6)

The Telco will the deliver the line to near your PABX and you ply them in. You can show them where to plug those lines. They know what to do

your set up supports 3 CO lines
and simply plug 3 analog trunks to 3 CO lines and programm
all 3 trunks will be working

Looking at the way you have no idea regarding pstn lines and the way they are set up, and that your plugging things into your router?
I would strongly advise ringing your local Panasonic dealer

@WhiteGooner Yes I'm just new and I have no idea how to setup this Just watch some videos to youtube how to setup. Those router provided from my telco. A

@mehar1 But how I have only one port that's why I have only one line at the same time. I'm just thinking to put splitter on my main port and to make it 4 lines and connect to all CO lines. I'm not sure if this is the right way this is my first time to handle this pabx system.
