Hi

I have just added some new users to my SBS and they are able to login and use everything correctly but when they open outlook it ask them to set it up.

How do I go about setting this up?

Thanks for the guides as I was using the wrong key words on google.

Where on the server can I find the exchnage mail settings?

Exchange server settings are start>all programs>microsoft exchange>system manager.
To set up exchange server account in outlook, select the option for Microsoft Exchange Server. THe server name will be the name of the server Exchange is installed on and then the user name will be whos mail box you want to connect to this account.

Have setup the email addresses so they connect to the exchange server and they can now send emails without a problem but as soon as I try to send an email to them I receive the following message:

Any ideas what would be causing the issue as I already have other email users that can send and recevie without a problem?
