How to setup outlook dialer

Hi,

One of my clients asked me to provide him with the ability to call from his outlook contact list.

Currently he us the CS1000M & call pilot 4.0

What do I need to enable the outlook dialer option for my client?

My client don't like/want the Microsoft OCS

There is an outbound option with Contact Center 7.
