How to setup default font

How can I setup default font (say Times New Romen) on ACT! 2000 so that I always have Times New Roman font as default when running ACT?

1. To change the font of the calendars, ACT!-maintained tabs like Notes/History, Activities, Contact List, Task List, etc. make the change in Edit, Preferences, Colors and Fonts.
2. To change the font on the layout (the screens at the top and bottom where you input data), use Tools, Design Layout.
3. To change the font of reports, access the specific report using Report, Edit Report Template.
4. To change the font of letters, e-mail etc, use Write, Edit, Document Template.
