I want to use contextless login in my NW 6.5 network but I'm not sure how to set this up.
All workstations uses NW Client 4.91.

What steps should be performed on the servers and on the clients ?

Are there any special considerations to think of before I deploy contextless login ?

Hope someone can help me with this

Right Click Red "N" in your task status bar,
Under "LDAP contextless Login", check "Enable LDAP Contextless login" and "Enable LDAP Context Search Scope"
Add your Tree name, and Search Scope,Search Scope should be LDAP format, for example, O=Top
Under Servers field, put in your LDAP server address.

if the user id you type in is not unique, you will get one list of users!

You need to consider your LDAP configuration. It's probably configured (by default) to only allow secure connections. So you need to either enable clear text ldap on port 389, or configure the workstation so it can load a certificate and use secure ldap on port 636.
