How to setup CID on CICS with Callpilot 1

I have a small problem that I can't seem to fix on two site. Here is my setup 10 digital phone on a compact ICS 6.1. All lines are CID and are being answered by a callpilot (after two rings to let the CID info come in). All phone are setup to log call that are not answer at there station only. All phone have line appearence (without ringing) for all the lines (10)

Here is my problem. When a call come in and the call pilot answer the call all phone show call for you even if it did not ring their extension ???

I'm sure it is a programming thing because I did have the exact same problem on another site. Can anybody help please...

If you set it up for unanswered calls, what do you expect it to do?
It is doing exactly what you told it to do...........
 
if the cp is answering all calls why are you having all lines appear on all the sets...try removing the lines from all the sets and make them prime to one main phone..then make sure drt is yes and set to arround 3 to 4 rings...you are using your 2004 phone system like a old 1a2
