How to setup call forward to a long distance number? 1

Hello,


I am trying to setup a call forward to a long distance number but it keeps giving me a busy signal. The CFW 16 is on key 05 what else do i need to make sure this works? Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

In CLS set CFXA (call forward external allowed). It is also possible you have some trunk to trunk retrictions. try CFXA first and only allow responsible users with this feature.
