How to setup basic PBX in Small Business

Hello Everyone ,

I'm new here in voice transmission.I read a lot and watch about how to install/setup pbx etc.

I setup everything is fine.

like

Main Line(Modem from provider) to PBX(Outside calls [C01]) and create extension numbers like 101, 102, 103 etc..
They can call outside and transfer calls with each other. But my main concern is how they can make more than 1 in/out calls at a time (Note: 1 already have 4 trunk lines from my provider)
There's something wrong with my setup??
