How to setup an x.21 / e1 G.703 connection from Worldcom

Worldcom drops a db-15 connector female off to me. I am coming into the install due to some of our network engineers leaving.. So I need some help on basics of x.21. I am sure it has to be as easy as a T1 setup. Any factual info will be of help.
