When we used to run Exchange 5.5, we had the option for users to have an alternative recipient, this went to a general inbox called allmail where certain people could see job emails when people where out of the office & reply to clients on the users behalf.

Does anyone know how to set this up in Exchange 2003?

Thanks in advance.

I think perhaps you are talking about forwarding to an alternate address?

This can be done, you have the option to only forward the mail or to forward and deliver to the original mailbox as well.

Check under Message Delivery options in AD Users & Computers on the Exchange Advanced tab.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
