How to Setup a VPN

Hello Everyone.

I did a post a while back about setting up a VPN with Win2k Server and XP. That didnt turn out, and I was told to buy some hardware. Well I did. I bought 2 4 Port VPN Routers from Linksys. How do I set them up to do a VPN. My workstation is Win2k, and my other employee who would like to work from home who has the other router is on XP Pro. Please help.
