How to setup a short number

I want to setup a short number in PBX (BC 12/SP10) that will dial to a longest number. For example, if internal user dial 2461 this to redirect calling to 0786646765. And of course I want to manage these short numbers - to can list and delete them.
Can you help me?...
(Sorry for amateur question...)

INIT:

ADCOI:ABB=2461,TRA=00786646765,CLASS=0&&3;

DELETE:

ADCOE:ABB=2461;
