I need to setup a password protection for one of the database i am working on. there will be multiple users who will be using that database and i need to restrict the users who can look at certain information.

can someone point me to the right direction where i can get articles or information on this topic

Thanks in advance

In the developers' section of my website I've got the Access security faq. Everything you need to know to secure a database is in this document. It will take a few reads to get it all, as it's fairly complex stuff, but you will be able to get it all--just read it three times, really.

I've also got a section on deploying databases that illustrates one way to go about rolling out applications with security instituted, though you can also just go ahead and use proper shortcuts.
