How to setup a Mitel 5505 with a static IP?

We are trying to setup an offsite Mitel 5505 IP phone and I can't seem to find the configuration settings that we need for a offsite static IP phone. We have other mitel IP phones and the settings we need to adjust are as follows

Can someone please tell me how to edit these settings on a Mitel 5505?
