How to setup a Meet Me Conference

Can someone walk me through setting up the Meet Me feature in Call Manager 4? I have a Cisco 7936 Conference phone. I looked in the Call Manager config and there a Conference Bridge setup using Cisco Conference Bridge software. What's next?
