How to setup a call forward number on phone switch

Hello,


I need to know if possible on how to make a DN in house to automatically forward to a outside number, without setting up a physical phone? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am using a option 61 c just been upgraded to succession 3.0

you can build an acd with just 3 prompts, acdn xxxx (the in house number) maxp 1 and ncfw 9 xxx xxxx, that will work if the ncos of the incoming trunk is =to or higher then the frl of the placed call, it will work form ext if they have ncos required to palce the call..

ncfw will be the same number that your phones are forwarded to for mail, just go to ld 20 and prt the dnb of a set with mail, then prt the tnd fo that set the hunt prompt and the fdn are usually the forward to number, it is also the same number you dial to log into mail if your not using the msg button... anything you need more detail on, most of us don't mind taking a few extra minutes to answer newer users, i had help when i learned, and now i am answering software question for greatgrand kids
