How to set Web Sharing on a Folder Programmatically

I've got IIS setup on my machine and a folder containing a website. I need to set that folder to websharing. Normally you can do this by right-clicking on the folder. Select Sharing... and then go to the Websharing tab and set it up there.

I need to do this very same thing but through code. Does any1 have any ideas?
