How to set up WMV file to stream live rather than download

We have a bunch of WMV files on our corporate website. Usually, you click, it brings up a box for you to save. My boss wants the file to stream instead of download. How do I set this up?

Firstly you have to dl the file to play it if you're using a wmv file I believe, this is the code use.
