How to set up w2k SSH FTP function thru firewall ?

I have two w2k machines arranged in a peer to peer TCP/IP network hung off a linux firewall box on a university network. (the firewall allows SSH in and out.)

Using SSH, I would like to be able to place and retrieve files to and from these two w2k machines from home.

I believe I have to set up some kind of SSH service on at least one of the w2k machines. I am new at this ... could anyone point me to which MS services I have to run to be able to do this and if I need to get/install any other software apps. (Hopefully free...)

(I am really only interested in having secure file transfer capability to and from these machines)
