This system is a MICS 6.1 with a PRI in service.

I have a schedule that is being used for the DN 2300 CCR-AA:
MON-FRI
STOP 9am
LUNCH 12pm-1pm
START 4PM
SAT-SUN All Day

They want the school office which is a separate DN 2323 to have it's own seperate schedule:
MON-FRI
STOP 8am
( NO LUNCH )
START 3PM
SAT-SUN All Day

Is this possible to have two separate time schedules for two DN's? I can't figure out how to do this properly.

There can't be more than one schedule active on the system. However, here is something you can do:

Schedule 1: Starts at 4 PM, stops at 8 AM (for all DNs)
Schedule 2: Starts at 8 AM, stops at 9 AM (for DN 2300)
Schedule 3: Starts at 12 PM, stops at 1 PM (for DN 2300)
Schedule 4: Starts at 3 PM, stops at 4 PM (for DN 2323)

Would that work for you?

Yes thank you that should work.

It has been a while since I programmed schedules and the only FAQ is for a MANUAL schedule ( strange that there is not an AUTOMATIC schedule in FAQ it would helpful if that could be posted in FAQ ) anyway could you please refresh my memory on how to add this line which is Target line 180 to the schedule?

Thank you

Services/RingingService/ShedNight/ change MANUAL to AUTO, press next untill you see Line Settings.
As for Times find them in Services/Common Settings/SheduledTimes

Yes I found that but then what do I do next. I need to activate the AA CCR for both line 157 and line 180. It just says "Ring group 001

Then, you have to create Ringing Groups to go with your schedules. From what I understand, you would only need 2 Ringing Groups:
[ul]
[li]Ringing Group 001: DN 2300 assigned (to have the AA CCR answer immediately)[/li]
[li]Ringing Group 002: No DN assigned (to have the equivalent of Normal mode)[/li]
[/ul]

Finally, for each schedule, you have to assign a Ringing Group to the lines:
[ul]
[li]Schedule 1: [ul]
[li]Line 157: Ringing Group 001 (AA CCR)[/li]
[li]Line 180: Ringing Group 001 (AA CCR)[/li]
[/ul][/li]
[li]Schedule 2: [ul]
[li]Line 157: Ringing Group 001 (AA CCR)[/li]
[li]Line 180: Ringing Group 002 (Normal)[/li]
[/ul][/li]
[li]Schedule 3: [ul]
[li]Line 157: Ringing Group 001 (AA CCR)[/li]
[li]Line 180: Ringing Group 002 (Normal)[/li]
[/ul][/li]
[li]Schedule 4: [ul]
[li]Line 157: Ringing Group 002 (Normal)[/li]
[li]Line 180: Ringing Group 001 (AA CCR)[/li]
[/ul][/li]
[/ul]
