how to set up sharepoint develop environment on win2k, thanks

it seems sharepoint is very good,and I want to experience
as a programmer.
my system: win2k+sp3, office2003, vs.net2003

and next, where can I find the sharepoint team service and
sharepoint portal server 1.0, or some other software
needed? beta version is ok. thanks
