how to set up proxy with dial up VPN,,,

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you mean can you use the Microsoft VPN adaptor via a dialup to connect to proxy, then a qualified answer is yes. If proxy is connected to a static ip address then you connect to the internet, then connect via a dun connection with vpn to the ip address. You will have had to previously added at least one vpn adaptor to the Routing and Remote Access service.

I guess I have a related problem. From a machine behind Proxy Server 2 (inside network), can I connect to a remote host outside the firewall (proxy server) using Microsoft VPN adapter? What will be the steps?
