I'm having a hard time understanding how the PRI's work inrelation to the Magix (being a POTS to PBX tech for years). How can I ensure that the block of DIDs will correspond with my extension numbers? The PRI is a full one with a block of 200 DIDs with a the "main" DID number which of XXX-XXX-1500 and runs thru 1699 and they are sending 10 digits. I will set the extensions to reflect the last four digits of the PRI. The lateral question to this one is how to also set up remote programming on the last DID(1699) although the system currently has 52 physical extension ports?

Setting up PRI is very complex.

However, you seem to already know that you can massage the Digits.

IN an incoming routing table (There are 16) you can show:

Expected Digits = 10

Pattern to match = XXX-XXX (What ever those numbers are, with out the DASH)

Delete Digits = 6

Now the system will strip off the 1st 6 digits and will use the last 4 to route to the extensions.

As for yuor last question, change your remote access code to 1699 from the default.
