How to set up parameter field to allow multiple choices

Hello,

1) How do I set up a parameter field prompt to allow the user to make multiple choices instead of just one?
2) I would also like the prompt to dynamically display all the values from the field. So if the field values are changed, the change is reflected in the list displayed to user.
3) How do I set this up in the report selection criteria?

I've looked up dynamic prompting in Crystal Help but can't get it to work.
I'm using Crystal XI.
