How to set up MAC address <-> IP addr mapping in VPN

Hi -
I read on a previous post that you can set up WIN2000 server VPN to map a MAC address to a specifc IP. This server was set up before I got here - I'm wondering if anyone can give me any pointers? Where I set this up.
What I'm trying to solve is - when several of my users are out at remote sites - the VPN back in. They all come in via the same IP, and the VPN only allows one connection to the IP.
