How to Set up DNS in AIX 2

I want to make one of my stand alone IBM RS6000 AIX 4.3.3
Server as the primary DNS of our simple single domain LAN for name resolution of servers with-in our LAN [IntraNet only].

I tried to search for info in Red Books, could not find any step-by-step to proceed

I am in the process of getting the book 'DNS and Bind' by O'reilly publications. But despite this, step-by-step approach as it is specific to AIX boxes will be of great help.
