Could anyone give me guidance on how to set up exchange server 2003 so that all outgoing email will contain a confidentiality notice? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Not sure you can do this with Exchange 2K3 - unless you write some sort of VBScript to do it for you...but I could be wrong.

Plenty of 3rd party solutions.

There is ways to do it via an event sink, but most people recommend that you use a third party product such as GFI's Mail Essentials or Exclaimer.

i was told and it worked a few years back that if you download a trial version of GFI you could use there way of setting it up and as soon as it expired you could still use the settings that were setup with it!!! it worked when i used it with 2000 exchange not used it with 2003 good luck!!!

Stand up wherever you are, go to the nearest window and yell as loud as you can, 'I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.'
