How to set up an IP 4000 in BCM 50 r.3

Hi there: I need some help in setting up an IP 4000 polycom. We have a BCM 50 R3. Can someone give me the steps I need right from the start.

BCM 50 does not support SIP phones. You cannot use the Polycom IP 4000 on it.
