how to set up access database to handle multiple responses to 1email

Am writing ASP which will send one email to many people (about75) then they respond individually...I need to store all replies from individuals and the responses back to each individual from the original sender....someone please set my thinking in the right direction.

I have the code to send emails just fine, but the database keeps rearing its ugly head.

am sending one email to 75 people
store that in database with unique ID number autonumbered

when each of these people respond to the email
how is best way to store the individual responses in database for later viewing and problem tracking?

then when I send a reply to these individual emails
how best to store my replies?
