My bosses have IP extensions at their house. We have had a few instances where there has been bad weather and they decide to work from home. They want to be able to push a button or dial a feature code to have their phones be part of the "all ring". currently there is no all ring and i just have DN's assigned in the line properties. We do use schedules services for day and night mode but i can't see how to adapt it for this as well. Can anyone offer any insight on how to set up something like this? if another method can be used i am all for it but the issue is they want to be able to turn it on or off from an ext.

thanks in advance.

If they have IP phones at their office, use the Hot Desking feature. All their programming will migrate to the phone at their house.

Create a schedule in Ringing Service, make it manual, add their phones and the incoming lines, then give one of them a button to turn it on. That phone will have to be the control set for all the lines to be answered in that mode and will be the one to manually put the phones in service modes in normal conditions as well, if applicable.

thanks both of you. this is very helpful.
