How to Set up 2 user one email address 1

Hey this is the first time posting been using this forum for some time now and had a quick question. I am running exchange 2003 and i have two users that need to send out of the same email address lets say the address is info@abc.com. but i cant just set the primary email address for both accounts as info@abc.com. All emails need to be sent through this email address so i dont know what to do. Also some of the users use OWA so they cant change the from like you can in outlook. Any help would be great.

Create three email accounts. One for each user and one for that info@abc.com account. Delegate full access rights and send-as rights on the info@ account to the two users, and then in the user's Outlook profiles, add the info@ account as an additional mailbox in each profile. So each user will be able to see the info@ mailbox as a separate inbox, and each user can choose to send mail out as the info@ account any time they like. If they reply to an email in the info@ mailbox, it will automatically go out as info@. That's how I've set this scenario up in business environments.

Hey thanks for the suggestion but my real problem is the fact that one of the two people travel a lot so they will be using OWA. Will your setup still work in OWA.If not then is there another way that i could set this up.

Yes, if the travelling user is delegated access, they can switch mailboxes in OWA to view the other mailbox easily: just change the mailbox name at the end of the URL!
