The things I would prefer to see are each Attendant Console:

~~ Defined in separate/different loops, and neither in Shelf 1 (prefer shelf 0) of their loop.

~~ Have KEY xx EES (End to End Signal - essentially a "touch tone" key)

Also review the OPT prompts throughout the Customer Data Block. Make sure you see OPT "IDP" and "XTG" (Include Digit Display and Exclude Trunk Busy capability)

Good remind!

Another question:
Will the incoming call rings at both console A & B at the same time, or in somewhere I can configue the sequence?

Calls will ring to the console that "is not in a loop key" (same as "on a call")

In the case where neither console is "looped in" or on a call, the calls will bounce back and forth between them. A B A B A B etc.

Consoles cannot take a call that is ringing on the other console, unless the other console intentionally chooses not to take the call.

When calls are "queued" (because both are on calls talking) then the first console to press "rls" gets the next call in queue.
