NETGEAR says one side "must" have a static IP, and you establish the tunnel from the dynamic side. But, since your DSL assigns a dynamic IP, and chances are, this IP will remain the same until next log-on, try configuring one side side as if it has a static IP (use the current dynamic IP you have). It should work in theory, but you'll probably lose the tunnel when you a new IP is assinged.
