How to set time trigger for AM only? 1

I'm trying to set up an system which send a trigger file to a certain folder at 2:30AM and 4:00AM. How do you specify only AM?!

Can I do this in one map or do I need two?

Try 'TimeEvent\Trigger\Interval....' Use Miltary time for AM or use Omit hours 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,....,24.
