How to set time and no ring auto attendant 1

Hi,
How can I set time (BCM200) because is 15 minutes late ?
Also we have in the office a phone which rings (I think is call auto attendant, when 0 is pressed the call is forwarded to this phone) every time somebody calls before the caller listen the options. Is it possible that when somebody calls while he listen the options and before there to be no rings.

Set the time under System, Identification in the Unified Manager.

You can remove the attendant DN from the greeting table, but there isn't any way to make the callers listen to a greeting before allowing them to press 0, unless you use ACD and have a forced greeting played as the first routing step.
