how to set the third dimension in MSChart

Folks,

In plotting data with MS Chart, I do this:

Chart.Row = X
Chart.Column = Y
Chart.Data = 23

How do I stipulate the "Z" axis, when trying to create a 3-dimensional chart? Anyone know?
