How to set the frame size in dreamweaver????

How do i do it here? i want to make the top frame 100% in width and 80 pixels in hight, where can i make that change?

The easiest way to do that is set the "cols" attribute to 100%, and then from design view drag the border of the frame you want to modify in height and drag it up or down to whatever height you want (use the rulers). All that that does is set your "rows" attribute to whatever amount of pixels.

(I personally don't like frames...and pretty much never use them, I'd suggest not using them too)
