Hi,

we are using Opentext for IT development tasks. We need to set in each folder the validity/priority for the document (not versions, but for example one document is no more valid for technical specification, ´cause it was the firts idea, but we donť want to delete it.)
I need to set some tag or rating, that would be visible in the list of documents in folders.
Thx for the recommendation.

I would suggest you set a Category and Attribute value on the folder than can be recorded, perhaps a TableKeyLookup so that you have a managed list of options to choose from.

To get it to display on the folder browse page, you could use Custom Columns (if you have CS10), otherwise you would either have to purchase a module that does it, e.g. Causeway's Category Browse ( or create your own - either write it yourself or get someone else to do it for you.
