I've tried everything I can think of. I'm in Australia, and the default country in Regional Settings for new users is United States, which screws up our date formatting (we're d/mm/yyyy), and sometimes our date calculations (plus our default dictionary in Word).
We're using NT4 Terminal Server Edition, with Citrix, so users login remotely using a thin-client and receive a session on the server. If I add a new user, or delete an existing user's profile, their default country is United States.
On the console, I've set it as Australia and ticked the checkbox for 'Set as system default locale', and restarted the server. I've modified the registry for HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International to make it what we need. But new users are still United States. How can I fix this?
