how to set restrictions in NCOS and XLST

To check the NCOS
Go to LD 86

XLST is not restriction it’s been used for Pre translation group with which this station is associated with. Hotels used this a lot so if you press 1 from any phone that has XLST assigned, for example you press 1 and call can be routed to any # lets say security at ext 1234.
