How to set phones to be able to transfer? 2

Hi all

I get so much great assistance from this site, hopefully someone can help me with this. I think it is fairly easy, but I am not finding anything. I have a site, where the contractor unplugged the entire phone system and somehow wiped out all the phone settings. I can reset ringing options and voicemail, but the user told me that they no longer can transfer calls to each other internally. How can I reset that up?

That is probably a Nortel Norstar system with a bad CMOS battery.

If this is a Norstar system, Just program them individually, I think it's
FEATURE *1 then if not try *2 or *3
Feature 70 for transfer

The labels no longer match the programming.

Press Feature *0, then go down the keys and relabel them according to how they are programmed.

Or, dial feature *3 press the key labelled transfer then dial feature 70.
