How to set permission to user on unix client

Hi All,

I have question about restore & backup authority on netbackup client side. User (DBA) want to restore filesystem from netbackup unix client to it self or another netbackup client. I mean they'll open GUI on netbackup client, could they use their unix id (DBA ID) or unix local root id ? I checked in netbackup master server, it has /usr/openv/netbackup/db/altnames/No.Restrictions

Anyone has idea about it ? thanks
