How to set password rules for C2 security in tur64

We are turning on Enhanced security in tur64. How do we set the rules for passwords? We need alpha-numeric-alpha or something like that.

I take it you mean Tru64 - if so see dxaccounts and edauth.

what I'm looking for is a file I can setup the rules in. dxaccounts and edauth is for individual id's. I need to set rules for all Id's when they login they would set there passwords based on the rules.
