How to set Music on hold in mx-one 5.0?

Dear all

can you help me please, i have already install music on hold in mx-one 5.0 using wav file and i have already tried using external music on hold connect to TMU board.
The problem is music on hold cannot running if receiving call from outside transfer to another ext, but we received call from internal extension call transfer to another extension is running well.
