Dear Friends,

I want to separate for a few users that only send email inside my domain but they can't send out of my domain. Can you teach me how to set the Microsoft Exchange 5.5 ?

Regards,

Edison

To prevent users from sending outside, go to the Delivery Restrictions tab on the IMS and add the appropriate user names into "Reject Messages From". If you don't want these users to receive internet mail, remove their SMTP address.

Hi

We do much the same here, but use the "Accept Messages From" box, so only people with explicit permissions to send may do so.

Also, if you want, you can disable the ability of these users to receive incoming internet e-mail by opening up their mailboxes in turn and deleting the SMTP (internet mail) address.

Hope this helps
