How to set Maximum Number of Times that an Agent may login per shift??

How do I set the Maximum Number of Times that an Agent may login per shift? They only want a single ID to be able to be used 3 times per shift. No one should actually logout, until the end of the shift. Only one logout is expected but, they want to prevent folks from avoiding the Not Ready Timer by logging out. They want to restrict the number of times that they can login to 3. Ideas?

Never seen this done - dont see how the system can solve this issue.

Such problems are usually solved by motivating the agents. If they are happy they do not abuse the Not Ready.
 
Agree with bajangsa. There is no setting in the system to limit the number of logins. The answer to this is to manage your center and agents.
 
No help with limiting the # of times agents can login.

There is a login/logout report that shows you exact times. It usually only had a few days of data though.
 
Prior to Symposium, this was able to be done, in the Meridian MAX. It is hard to imagine that this would have been removed. I am the Sysadmin and haven't a dog in the managerial fight. They asked to have this "turned back on" for a bit and I am attempting to go backward in time. The Login/Logout Report is where I have sent them, while I am researching. I will keep looking.
